DELIVERY
VANDW® ships worldwide.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain.
For all orders within EU customers can choose between DPD Standard and DPD Express delivery.
All orders outside of EU are shipped with DPD Express.

We require a physical street address and signature upon delivery.
DPD are unable to deliver to post office boxes.You can specify an alternative address, e.g. your office, as shipping address for daytime delivery. If DPD are unable to deliver, you will be notified by letter, sms or e-mail and you can either schedule another delivery attempt or have the package delivered to a DPD Access Point where you can pick it up at your convenience within 10 days.

Please note that DPD’s services and processes differs among countries and cities.

VANDW® cannot be held responsible for changes to DPD terms of service, therefore please refer to dpd.com for current information for your specific location.
FREE SHIPPING
VANDW® offers free shipping for orders above 150 EUR. Free shipping will be determined at the checkout based on the item price.

We use tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package at any time using the link in your shipping notification e-mail or by visiting the following links directly:
INSURANCE
VANDW®  insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by VANDW®.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Within the European Union and the United States, orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside the US and the European Union all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. VANDW® does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by VANDW®..
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
VANDW®. has a 30 days return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 30 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and needs to be returned in a resealable condition.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
To make a return, please follow the below steps.

REGISTER YOUR RETURN Send an email to hello@vitowilly.com with your order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please specify the size and color of the desired replacement item(s).

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE Write your order number and e-mail on the return slip (the “in case of emergency” note in your box). Place the slip, along with the item(s) you’d like to return, back in the original box (or other solid container). Seal it securely with tape.

SEND IT BACK

WITHIN EU – Use the pre-paid DPS return shipping label to send your box back to us. Simply place it on the box, over the original shipping label. Then you can either drop it off at your nearest DPS Access Point (find yours via https://www.dpd.com or book your free pickup by calling your local DPS .

IN THE U.S. – After registering your return you will receive an e-mail containing a prepaid return-slip and pre-filled customs papers along. DPS will then call you to arrange a collection. Print the documents, attach the return-slip to your package and hand the customs papers to the DPS courier along with your package.

OUTSIDE OF EU/US – Clearly mark the package with “RETURNED GOODS” and the AWB-number that you’ll receive from us after registering your return (step 1). Ship the package back to us with the carrier of your choice (see address below). For your safety, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. Make sure to declare the goods as “re-import” and with a total value of goods equal to €10 to avoid further customs fees.

EXCHANGES
All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, please return the item to us and place a separate order.
Within the European Union and the United States, VANDW®. offers free exchanges for different sizes or colors. VANDW®. covers both the return shipping cost and the shipping of the replacement item. Outside the EU and the US, customers are required to organize and pay return shipping, however VANDW®. will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
The exchange items are sent out as soon as the returned goods have been received, processed and approved.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed, returns are fully refunded, including full item value and any shipping fees paid.
If you paid by credit or debit card, direct debit or directly via Klarna’s app or website, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 2-5 business days. If you paid an invoice otherwise (i.e. via bank transfer), you will be contacted by Klarna to provide information necessary to process your refund shortly after VANDW®. has authorized the refund.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
PAYMENT
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Credit and Debit globally. In some countries we accept invoice payment after delivery, direct debit and direct transfer options. Unless otherwise stated on the product page (for instance in case of pre-orders), payment is not due until the order is dispatched.
We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments are processed by REDSYS, a PCI certified, encrypted payment system.
SECURITY
We use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser, which you can click on to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with “https” instead of the normal “http”. This means that you are in secure mode.
