The value of memories "Portrait photography" is the art of capturing the inherent character of a person within a photograph. It sounds like a simple concept, but portrait photography goes way beyond just clicking images of people. This project started about a month ago when Jorge Hierro contacted us with the idea of taking portrait photographs. All portraits would be friends and family, models for a day. I would like to thank all of them for their willingness, spontaneity and, most importantly, the good time we have enjoyed together. The photographic exhibition can be visited from January 19. It is the second time that the photographer exhibits at the headquarters of our optician Samot. You can enjoy a series of portraits; The peculiarity now is that in all of them the looks appear dressed with the collection of glasses designed by Vito and Willy, thus elevating those portrayed to the category of models, without losing sight of the character and essence of each of the characters.
The vision of the Jorge Hierro portrait is based on a contemporary, clean, direct and simple black and white photography. Explore in depth the psychology of the person portrayed. Its objective is to capture and immortalize its essence and spontaneity through portraits of close people. The result of this photo session is the union between body and mind. Photos that will also bear the stamp of our Vito and Willy glasses collection. Memories of moments in life with timeless portraits.
